Do you Ship Worldwide?
I ordered postcards but they haven't arrived yet?
The postcards are printed and shipped separately and take around 2 weeks to arrive depending on your location. If the estimated delivery window has passed and you're worried they are lost, please first check with the post office/carrier as it is most often an issue with delivery on their end. If they tell you it has been lost email me at madschofield@hotmail.com with your 4 digit order number and I can help you :)
Why are only some designs offered as postcards?
Due to inconsistencies in printing between postcards sourced in the EU and North America, I cannot ensure the same level of print quality across all designs. Only some designs are light in colour enough to be printed correctly in the postcard format.
My order arrived damaged...
Send me an email at madschofield@hotmail.com with your 4 digit order number and a photo of the damaged print within 30 days of receiving your order and I will notify my distributer to send you a new one asap!
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
As I use a printing company to manufacture my prints I can't offer returns or exchanges at this time. Refunds/reshipments are available for damaged prints within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I purchase digital prints of your work?
Due to the high risk of theft that offering digital prints poses, I do not sell digital versions of my prints/artwork.
Overlays
- I do not sell the Acotar/Acomaf overlays featuring my artwork, they are both sold through readingportalco.com
